Devillier's Boudin

I only found this place about a month ago and have already been 4 times. I have tried the prepared items and out of those the Fried ribs and chicken cracklins are my favorite. I've already taken others to enjoy the delicious food also. The cold section is full of items to take home and enjoy, plenty of options for all to enjoy

If you love “REAL” “homemade” Cajun food, this is the ONLY place to go! Every year, I take a 6 hr drive back home and stock up on boudin. So happy to finally have authentic home Cajun food so close now. 10/10

Hands down a taste of real cajun cuisine! I love it. I have been missing my boudin & looking for some for a few years & this was perfect! Customer service was great too!

The employees were awesome. Even the other customers that were there couldn't stop raving about the Boudin Balls and Cracklins. Everyone in line were just talking and having a good time. I got the Boudon Balls and the Boudin Balls with pepper jack cheese. They were pretty good. I got there around 5 and they had a lunch special, but all of the food was already put away. I dont know if maybe you have to ask them and they cook it in the back maybe?

My wife's family y'all. Go out and support your small businesses. Especially in these tough times. You would have to drive 3 more hours to get food like this. Krotz Springs Louisiana is in da house getting y'all a taste of Louisiana. Enjoy!

Super sweet people! From the owner on down. I live 35 mins away, and repeatedly make the drive out there because it’s the best boudin, cracklings, etc.. on this side of the Texas/Lousisna Border. I actually just walked out, and was disheartened to hear how some woman, posted a super negative review because she didn’t like the consistency of the chicken cracklings. Wild, because that’s my favorite part. She went on a whole rant about how she paid $40 for 2 pounds of cracklings, as if someone forced her to buy them or like she couldn’t see them right there on the counter before she purchased them. The staff are too sweet, and the food is too good for that kinda review. Disregard that ladies review, and go check them out for yourself! You won’t regret it!

Satisfied with the atmosphere, cleanliness and friendly staff. Though Not a traditional sit down restaurant, The smoked sausage was good and my husband loved the boudin balls. We will definitely be back. If you’re looking for homemade classic Cajun food try them out.
